Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. During this period, you may cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds include the original purchase price and the cost of standard delivery.

Please note that custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for return. Unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of your items.
